About This Rental Package

This package lets you create and publish your property listing online across multiple platforms, including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au, and more. After creating your listing, you can publish it at your convenience. Once published, you can log in to your RealtyNet account anytime to make updates, automatically syncing with all the websites displaying your property.

When prospective tenants make inquiries, you’ll receive an SMS notification and an email with their contact details within minutes. These details will also be available in the ‘Enquiries’ section of your account. Additionally, tenants can submit full rental applications through the 2Apply system, which processes them automatically and delivers a copy to you within five minutes, 24/7.

If you’d like a ‘For Rent’ sign, you can easily add it to your account during sign-up. The cost is $45, including shipping. During the sign-up process, a preview of the rental board will be shown.

Please enter the address exactly as you would like it to appear on your invoice. This does not need to be the address of the property you are selling. You will have the opportunity to provide the property address after creating your account. Invoices will be sent exclusively via email.
